Just a quick post to remark on the magnificence of a Mini Egg! Last night, I grilled/smoked a version of Jobu’s sausage and peppers … VERY GOOD! Today (working at home), I made some Tandori chicken wings. They were also fantastic, but the Tandori sauce seems to be better on leg quarters and breasts. Now, I think I know what I will make at Eggtoberfest (Tandori Chicken)! [p]Next week I want to try a small Boston Butt (2 lbs) on the Mini. Can’t wait to try low-n-slow on the mini and I will post my results![p]Smokey

    Smokey,[p]Tandori chicken is a perfect choice. I live near a Indian store so each week or so I try a new chicken recipe, tandori has been the best. If I find something as good or better I will let the forum know.[p]Dec
