pizzas at high temp

I did four large pizzas at 525 or so tonight. Only on the last one did the heat decline to 450. They each took about 13 minutes to cook. Putting enough fuel in the firebox and letting the plate setter and pizza stone get hot did the trick. So I had 500+ for 45 minutes or so which would be great for baking loaves. Bread baking and the turkey will be the next experiments.
