I've got family in from out of town the next 10 days and would like to prepare some pulled pork and I have a couple of questions.[p]What is a good size chunk for 10 people allowing for lots of left overs to split up with the guests?[p]Is there a per pound cooking time for the meat?[p]Do I need to brine the meat first, if so how long?[p]Suggestions for a recipe? Side dishes to grill with it?[p]Thanks, Stuart
