OT-Weber
thread about tailgating reminded me of question. I have a Weber Smokey Joe for camping - until I buy a small - and I hate it. Air intakes are up at handle height, and do no good. Any reason I can't cut holes below charcoal grate, and relocate adjusters to cover, adjust them?
