Hangin out with Finger Lickin Tom. Have some prok spare ribs with a nice rub but no sauce. Been doin em on the Small in a rib rack over a drip pan with beer, balsamic vinegar and some rub between 250 and 300. We're planning on taking them off at 3.5 hours. They smell delicious and we only peeked twice. We'll be doing the insanely late dinner thing...know it's unhealthy but then again so are all the beers we've been enjoying during the cook...[p]The diet starts tomorrow,
