'CueNCop,[p]Thanks. I took the platesetter out and turned up the heat. I can't take the can out, but next time I will.[p]I'm also wondering where on the bird I should be taking temps from. I have been alternating a few places where I believe the thigh to be. Can I put it in the breast anywhere?
