Help for injection recipe
Done a lot of shoulders, never injeced. What do i use. Have 2 picnic ends of shoulders

dasop,[p]I inject w/ apple juice and some of the rub I use on the outside. Turns out really nice. I've heard of using a Wiskey; but never have tried it myself.

1 / 2 Cup Water
1 / 2 Light Brown Sugar
1 / 2 Cup Salt
2 Tbsps. Worcestshire Sauce[p]Did two butts on Friday night and they turned out great!!![p]Ed
