I saw your post below about woking scampi tonight. I just added to the new recipe section the cilantro-lime shrimp dish I woked at Eggtoberfest. If you wok it, don't worry about dividing the marinade. Just marinade, cook and plate the whole thing together. [p]A nice side dish when Trexing steaks, already got the perfect temp to cook the shrimp fast. Holy smokes, I just got one weekend dinner planned. [p]Tom
