Wild Boar

My Son has been in a Muslim country for over a year and indicated his Pork low level light is on, he is comming home this Friday. He has had a wild Boar leg sent for me to cook,any suggestions on how to cook it in the BGE. It is now marinading in a mixture of kosher salt,brown sugar and Dizzy Pigs "Dizzy Dust". .... Doug
