Tailgate Appetizers

I have to provide appetizers for a tailgate on Sat. and I have no idea what to do. I have 2 large eggs, but I will be traveling to Athens, so I can't really take it out there with me. It's about a 2 hr drive, and I have buffet trays if I need some way to gently warm them up, but is there anything I can make on the egg that will still be as awesome as when I pull it off? I really want to impress for this crowd, so any help would be appreciated.
