Egg-Mates

Morning All,[p]Well I finally got my Egg-mates attached to my Large Egg. Ughh! What a process. The "directions" were more like a set of vague clues. If Charlie Chan had clues like that, he'd be running a laundromat. London Broil tonight, Ribs and Brisket this weekend.[p]Regards,
Jobu

Jobu, do a re-write of your process as others may need it in the future. Maybe BGE will pick it up and also edit a new version.
I recall some packaged electronic instructions that would drive ya up a steep wall. Stuff made in Tiawan
    :-)

    Jobu,
You're correct. The archives might have some of my remarks back when I did mine. I have a degree in engineering and it took me 45-60 min to figure it out. [p]The pictures need to be redone as well as the diagrams --- Hey Nature, isn't that what you do? Figuring out the bolts with the brass ferrules was a real doozy. [p]Tim[p]
