Beef jerky

I have seen some posts on making beef jerky, but can't seem to find them. I have some round steak marinating and plan on cooking in the morning. Anyone have suggestions for time and temps? [p]Thanks,[p]Ed

Ed,
Go to: http://www.randyq.addr.com/[p]Check out "Favorite Recipes"[p]I've used his hot and spicey and modified it to make it
more spicey. OK - I'm a chile head![p][p]

<p />Ed,

I use River City Beef Jerky recipe here as a base. Modify it for my personal taste. I actually keep the egg at 160-190 for up to 12 hours. Depending on how much I'm cooking.[p]Borders does a great job finishing in a dehydrator.[p]That pic is 10 hours in.
