getting ready to cook london broil for the first time on my new BGE, can anyone help with temps and time

I cook them like a big ol steak. Sear for 3 minutes a side at 700, then close vents and dwell for 5 more minutes, or until it is done to your liking. Sliced thin against the grain it is wonderful. Guinness makes a great base for a marinade.[p]Also, the leftovers (if you have any) are always good![p]Have fun.
