Morning Everyone, looking for thoughts on the safety of consuming the beautiful butt that is slowly working it's way up to 200 after having the fire go out sometime in the night...woke after 8hrs, the internal was @ 110 and the dome was cold....dang,looked great smelled wonderful just no flame. Re-started the show and am crossing my fingers that all is well ....trash or awesome late dinner..
Thanks guys..

Charla,
I think you will be fine, and will never know the difference once it is done. Might as well take dome temp up to 250 until it is done.[p]Enjoy!

Charla, I agree with NB, go for it! It sounds about that same as what happened to me yesterday! My pulled beef was fantastic and I'll bet your pulled pork will be incredible.
