First spatchcocked chicken tonight

I just finished spatchcocking my first chicken tonight on my small. I removed the skin because I didn't want the additional fat dripping down into the egg. Anyway, even without the skin, it was still very moist and was better than any roasted chicken I have had in recent memory.
