Hello,

I’m looking for a little help with a recipe. I have 4 Anaheim Chiles (still on the plant) and am looking for a killer Chile Rellenos recipe.

I started off with 8 plants and have two left so, I only have one shot at getting it right. I’m hedging my bets and coming to the experts for suggestions.
