A friend raved to my wife about a rub for Dry Ribs she saw Martha Stewart feature on a show a month or so ago. Does anyone know of this recipe or a link to it. I've poked around on her web site and had no luck. I'm interested in this cause it doesn't need much time to marinate. My wife has decided on ribs for the BBQ this afternoon. I dont even have the ribs let alone time to marinate overnight. Suggestions?

    Stuart,
Use any rub you want. It does not need to marinate overnight. You might want to do them using just wood for flavor. What ever you opt to do they will be great.
