If I start the ribs first, at what point can I throw on the chicken
and what should I do about temperature ranges ? Is there some
compromising I can do ? I have gone back and forth in my thinking,
so I guess it's time to ask the experts. Have any of you ever done this and if so, how ? You can really feel the cooking intensity
weekend !

BD,[p]Depending on the cooking temperature you are using for the ribs, figure 25min/lb @ 250F or 20min/lb @ 300F for a room temp bird. Add 5min/lb for a refrigerator temp bird.[p]Load'em on![p]Spin
