Post Mortum: First low and slow

Thanks to everyone who helped with suggestions and advice for my first low and slow brisket and Pork Butt. 12 hours of slow cooking, yielded some of the best BBQ I have ever had. My friends and family loved it as well. I will have to post some pics of the finished product next time. It seems people started to dig in before I could get the camera out.
