Pork Butt Storage Timing

I just took off 28 lbs of butts that I will be reheating (in an oven) and serving next Sat at the GA/SC game. My question is: Should I freeze, thaw and reheat or just refridgerate until Sat. I figure if I freeze them, I will have to take them out to thaw Wed night/Thurs AM. Can I get away with just refridgerating them? THanks!
