Mignons on the Mini

<p />Packed mini and took it to the lake with us, hoping to catch a few trout before dinner. Just in case, we brought Filet Mignons as a backup. Mini was a star performer. Coated them w/ Char Crust Roto Rub & cooked them over lump + apple chips. 7 minutes a side. Best fishin' trip we've ever had.
