Mustard Based Sauce Recipe

Well, I eggsperimented with a mustard sauce and looks promising. Here's the deal:

24 oz jar Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard
1/2 c orange blossom honey
1/2 c Jack Daniels Old Number 7
1/2 c white wine vinegar
3/4 c pumpkin butter
1 T worchestershire
1 T beef base
1 t ancho chili powder
1 t chipotle chili powder
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1 t ground black pepper
1/2 t horseradish
1 drop liquid smoke

Simmer on low for about an hour so that the flavors all meld together. I am trying this on brisket tonight. It is really pretty tasty. If you can't find pumpkin butter, you can sub canned pumpkin, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spices. It adds a nice, sublime flavor that will keep folks guessing.
