I little while ago you posted your process for "fallin' off the bone ribs". I saved your post & made them today -- they were wonderful! [p]A little history...I bought the BGE many years ago for my husband and he gave up not long after (thankfully) so I got the reins so to speak. I love cooking on it and he & the kids love everything I cook on it... except for ribs... Until tonight :)
They all prefer the "fallin' off the bone" type as opposed to the tug. Well, long story short the husband pretty much said that he would be doing ribs in the oven from now on because I was wasting good ribs. Well, "his in the oven" meant they were steamed first... YUK!
SO, I decided that wasn't EVER gonna happen again... just plain wrong!! [p]Thank you for your post. I understand that competition ribs aren't falling from the bone... but I won around here tonight! And for me... that makes for a great evening! ;-)[p]Happy Weekend!
