for salmon lovers...

I don't have the elaborate equipment have but it works...marinade a whole side of salmon with your favorite..mine is homemade with balsamic vinigar etc..dome goes to about 450...throw in several handfull of wet chips, apple,..put the grill down, place a rectangular piece of foil to fit under the V rack...put a wire screen sprayed with pam...laydown one of two sides.....close lid, temp with drop, bring back to around 350 for 20 - 30 min., depends of thickness...or go to 140 internal at thickest part of fish...fabulous...
