Oh, ooh lah wee. All veggies tonight on the Egg. Green pepper, yellow pepper, baby portabellos, walla walla onion, tomato, zuchinni. 20 minutes direct at 350* in a veggy basket sprayed down well with Pam Olive Oil for release lubricant. Each layer drizzled with the real EVOO and S&P. After pulling off Egg, a little more drizzle plus a major load of fresh grated Parmesan and a touch of balsamic vinegar. We both said something along the lines of "Oh shucks, this is golly gee whiz almost as good as a TRex steak (which we had last night).[p]Here's the other cool part, we're eating this while listening to Roger Miller singing "Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town" and " Me and Bobbie McGee." Yes, Roger Miller, not Kenny Rogers, not Janis Joplin, not even Kris Kristofferson. And the title of this thread? The late, great Waylon Jennings had a lock on that, but the egg re-grounded us in a few basic values tonight!
