Smoked Squash Casserole

OK, did something new last night took 3 lb of squash, 3 cloves of garlic (smashed), and 1 large onion sliced the squash and rough choped the onion put on the egg with salt, pepper and olive oil at low heat on my grill wok (with holes) with lots of smoke and let the heat build. Once the onions wer translucent, pulled off the egg went inside and took a cast iron skillet, coated w/ olive oil sprinkled seasoned bread crumbs in the bottom, added 1 layer of squash mixture, then swiss and cheddar cheese squash, cheese, and finally squash. Cooked on egg at about 375-400 for about 30 minutes. It was unreal.
