Have an email from Niman Ranch stating their Filets are on sale for 20% off along with a free pack of their uncured Applewood bacon for orders over $125. Am tempted to try this. Have read mixed reviews on Nimans, so mulling it over. The offer is until Aug 19th and you have to put in code NNB7 at checkout to get the discount, although it looks marked down right at the site. If I go for it, I'll report back!
