<p />I've taken to doing this dish a lot. Saves heating up the kitchen and goes well with anything that garlic goes well with, like lamb! I do this in the large Egg during the last 10 minutes of whatever I'm cooking on the medium or small. I could do it in the medium, but there's more room for the cast iron frying pan in the large.[p]TNW

Tastes good, too! :-) No, I've been making this in a cast iron frying pan, thinking that there will be more heat stored in the cast iron for scorching the veggies.
