I have a cryovacked leg o lamb
about 4.5 pounds bonless and tied
I realy need a suggestion on how to cook this puppy
and does anyone have a really good curry sauce recipe I ate a leg of lamb with curry sauce in a little british type resturant in St Petersburg Fla called Moon Under Water, best lamb I ever ate it was roasted with curry sauce on top
help if you can I want to put the leg on as soon as possible
And I have no clue how to season it or how long to cook or at what temp.done is.

I've opened up boneless legs of lamb and smeared the insides with garlic and oil and other stuff. I roast at 325 for about 2 hours or until it hits 140-145. Wonderful stuff. Curry sauce is a pretty general term. There are probably about 10,751 different curry sauces in the world. I use Dizzy Pig Tsunami spin on the outside. Not much help, I reckon, but there it is.... :-)
