I have a cryovacked leg o lamb
about 4.5 pounds bonless and tied
I realy need a suggestion on how to cook this puppy
and does anyone have a really good curry sauce recipe I ate a leg of lamb with curry sauce in a little british type resturant in St Petersburg Fla called Moon Under Water, best lamb I ever ate it was roasted with curry sauce on top
help if you can I want to put the leg on as soon as possible
And I have no clue how to season it or how long to cook or at what temp.done is.
