Ostrich Steaks

Has anybody made Ostrich Steaks on the Big Green Egg?
Do you make them like beef or chicken?[p]The receipes that I have found is to cook it like veal and 3-4 minutes at high heat per side. But if I cook it like a steak at 750 degrees, I am thinking that it would only be a minute per side.[p]Any suggestions ???????

    quick and hot, like a second date.[p]quick sear and then get the heck out of there.[p]treat it like a tenderloin, as it is very lean. i enjoyed it quite a bit, though i found it to be overpriced...
    at least where i am and when i can get it.[p]the ostrich meat, i mean.
