triple smoked ham

<p />the ham actually went on the smoker twice. First to cook it to 140 used pecan chunks, just two small pieces. then deboned and trimmed, refridgerated because it was gettin late. Yesterday i heated up the egg a second time again with just a little more pecan and glazed with Dr Chickens glaze. Then sliced it all for sandwiches. Will be up at a wedding serving 50 guests.[p]If its as good as I think it is, i doubt there will be much left of the 25 lbs.
