I just picked up 2 chicken kabobs and 2 beef kabobs. What is the best way to cook these, direct or indirect, high or low temp? Thanks, Billy

Billy,[p]I've made some recently at about 400. I'm sure you could go hotter but when cooking something like kabobs, I like to be able to flip a few times and kinda play around with the grill. There's just something about kabobs that makes me want to enjoy getting involved with the grill and flip an inordinate amount of times.[p]Cornfed
