I cooked my first chicken breasts tonight on the egg. I was blown away! I decided to cook them on a whim. They had been laying around in the freezer for awhile and I figured what the heck. I put on some soy sauce and tried some various Dizzy Pig rubs I got in a sampler a couple weeks ago. They were the juciest grilled chicken breasts I have ever had!
I got my egg two months earlier than I planned. I could not wait any longer. My wife asked me to wait until September. Tonight, she said she was glad I didn't wait.

I just did my first boneless chicken breasts tonight. Used the Dizzy Swamp Venom rub with some added Cayanne. Cooked about 30 minutes at 350, internal at 165. Next time I'll finish at a higher temp for a crust. Super juicy!
