At 8:30 I put on 13 lb briskett 2- 7lbs butts got the egg at 220 F hopening and praying I know what I am doing its going to be a long night if any one else is going to be up email me I am sure I will need some good advise befofe this night is over.

    On the side of caution I'd bump the temp up to 250 dome. Better chance of your fire holding and cooking 27# of meat.
