Glen,[p]if you want to take the lazy-cooks way.... Patak's makes a couple of grilling sauces (ginger/garlic and lemon/corinader) that are real good, especially with poultry - marinate overnite and slap 'em on the Egg![p]- Andy

Glen,[p]My favorite lazy approach is to use Sharwood's Tandoori spice mix. very good and easy.
