Pulled Pork Leftovers!

I may be a newbie here, but I wanted to throw out a suggestion for pulled pork leftovers: TACOS! I intentionally Food Savered a bunch of pulled pork without BBQ sauce, and thawed it today. Warmed up soft corn tortillas with lots of pork and condiments of your choice! Fantastic! (and that's coming from a resident of San Diego, which is wallpapered with Mexican restaurants!) Enjoy!
