Several folks have asked me if I posted the recipe I used for the Eggfest 2000 Brisket...but in my lameness, I still hadn't. Just finished typing it in. I got lucky, and could use some of the stuff I just typed in the recent brisket post!![p]Enjoy. Spice Cooks sent me a winner with that marinade recipe!!
