Smoked Chicken Cordon Bleu

They went on the grill indirect at 375° for approximately 40 minutes. I added just a touch of pecan wood for extra flavor.[p]25927239_833515fa75_o.jpg[p]This tasted just as good as it looked ;) Chicken Cordon Bleu, copper carrots, steamed asparagus and some fresh tomato salad. A Lindeman's Chardonnay rounded out the meal.

    They are selling chicken breasts at food Giant this week for $1.79 lb with you club card...a huge cut from 3.99!!
    IM in Eastern PA, and dont know where this food store extends too, but if you have the chance grab a few packages like I did. Just in time to try Rums recipe!

    Gwen, normally Copper Carrots are just honey, butter, salt & pepper, plus the carrots. My package of fresh carrots disappeared (or did I forget to buy them!?!) I had a can of Del Monte (I think) "fabulous sides" on hand. Asparagus was over cooked, but good.
