Remoulade sauce request

I forget who wanted a recipe for remoulade sauce, here it is as served @ Evangeline Steakhouse[p]1 qt. ketchup
1 qt. mayo
2 tbsp dry mustard
1/2 cup horseradish
1/2 cup lea perrin
2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
juice of 1 lemon (optional)
2 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 cup each of minced green onions, minced celery, and minced parsley[p]mix well and chill for 4 hrs or overnight.
you can use a food processor using the pulse feature.
