Baby back ribs for father(-in-law) day

My FIL requested some baby back ribs for this day, so I dutifully obliged. Cooked in the large Egg with an apple smoking chunk at 225F with the 2-2-until-it’s-done method. I used Tsunami Spin rub and Sweet Baby Ray's honey BBQ sauce which was lovely. The ribs were huge, one of them only just fitted width ways into the large. My FIL had most of one all to himself. :)
