What to use rotisserie for

Think about getting a rotisserie but not sure what I would cook on it.   What do you cook on yours

These pictures are of my rotisserie on my Weber. I can’t justify buying a second rotisserie for my BGE (yet 😂). Photos of roast pork, roast beef, and chickens. So easy and the flavour is fantastic!

LOVE cooking on my rotisserie. In fact, I just used mine to cook picanha at the New England Eggfest. People love seeing the half moon picanha slices browning up and dripping fat all over the coals! 

Whole chickens and Cornish game hens are amazing (throw some potatoes in a pan and put under the meat for a special treat!). Prime rib on the rotisserie is next level. Use a rotisserie basket for wings. And I’ve even seen people do whole racks of ribs too!
