BGE Rotisserie

Has anyone had any luck using the BGE Rotisserie with a USB C battery back? If so, what battery are you using?

I know I’ve seen some reviews that say they don’t draw much ..

I have the joetisserie and know I’ll run for long enough. A better choice might be an inexpensive “solar generator” that has a higher capacity/output. We never did it that way because of the weather factor.

I have only used the BGE rotisserie twice. Once for a chicken and once for a rib roast. Both cooks were under 3 hours.
I powered the rotisserie with the same small solar brick that I use for the Smobot no problem.

Yep…just used a regular old power brick over the past weekend cooking 5 picanha over about 4 hours at the New England Eggfest. Only used about 5% of the battery! Works great! Don’t have a pic of the battery, but here’s the picanha.
