Just on and fingers crossed

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

  • I get nervous when I see you posting chicken cooks, Mickey. Just saying.

Be sure to show us the results (and don’t forget to keep an eye on it!).

First and last for this cook. Not a fan but the others liked it. Really too much trouble imo. I did use plenty of pineapple both fresh and canned. Not sure about the color as the actual had the reddish just didn’t reproduce in pic.

  • Just glad it’s not black. 😉

Nice cook. One I’ve been wanting to try.

At least you gave it a shot.  Looks great.  Way to jump in on a virgin cook even with all your BGE experience.

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
