Havana Syndrome, Solved? ...and, who do you trust?

Havana Syndrome, as a reminder, was an affliction that hit many diplomats, fed workers and agents about ten years ago, most notably in Havana, but also in Europe and even the US.  After much study the CIA dismissed most of it.  Those victims are still suffering today.
Tonight, 60 Minutes did their 5th report on this set of incidents, and they've found that US agents were able to purchase just such a variable-microwave device from the "Russian black market", and learned that it had been under development "for decades" by the then-Soviets; it's now being tested in the US and it has the same apparent effects against mice and goats as it did against the above US reps.  The CIA claimed that the power requirements alone for such a device would require at least a truck, but CBS reports the actual "weapon" could be carried by one person, had a range of hundreds of yards, and could penetrate glass and plaster.
This story took up most of tonight's hour program (the rest was a bunch of propaganda from hegseth).  Worth a watch.

Now, second question: what news source(s) do I/you/we trust these days?  I'd given up on CNN years ago (still watch Fareed, though) and now through oligarch takeovers my other trusted source CBS (host of 60 Minutes) has now fallen off my list (I could see, day by day, more and more pro-Traitor comments in the last few weeks; also learned that 6 of their 20 top editors have quit since a Traitor toadie took over).  60 Minutes hasn't been affected yet, that I can see, but I was a bit surprised to see the above story tonight; I know that Traitor watches a lot of TV, that's why Colbert is being snuffed, and PBS and CBS have been coerced to "change".  My guess is that 60 Minutes goes too in-depth to hold his attention long enough.  I'm still watching PBS, reading AP, and a few other websites, but I'm getting very, very worried (see Point #6 of the "14 Characteristics of Fascism").
So, where do you get your news from?  I've noticed that those who follow Faux or newsmax almost never admit to doing so (my only sibling recently told me she's changed from ABC to newsmax; I've asked her to google, by herself, "Who funds newsmax" but she refuses to do so, so whaddya do??)
