Between other weird things I’m trying to accomplish today I got some chicken legs marinading in 1/4 cup gochujang paste, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, two cloves of chopped garlic and a splash of fish sauce and lime juice. Just went on the XL with some space for veggies. Cooking at just under 300°F direct. Comments

Veggies have all been added. Not seasoned, but the CI grate was rubbed with sesame oil before they were added. -
I don’t know what to call early dinner other than excellent.

I had gochujang paste in my hand yesterday in HEB (Texas grocery). They had 2 or 3 so ended up not getting.Which one do you recommend?
