Question about an Expander for Med BGE

I see that the BGE store doesn't sell a 5PC Grill Expander for the Med BGE but I did find a similar item on Amazon marketed by Burly Grill. Has anyone used this product on a Med or some other brand?

the burly option on amazon had a couple things going for it. reviews with pics specific to the med and they ship from amazon— so they are at least legit enough for that. but otherwise seemed “temu” enough to avoid. 

cgs is a great option check em out.

I did look at the Ceramic Grill Store but what they offer for the Med didn't appear to work with the ConvEGGtor.

ok yes i see that cgs went with stones instead of conveggtor.  i kind of had the same “but i have a good eggspander on hand” when i went with ps woo for large. maybe cgs will reply here at some point. 

also not sure why bge only has a conveggtor basket for the medium and not eggspander.

maybe someone knows if height is a challenge.

After more looking I do see where BGE sells a 1-Piece ConvEGGtor Basket for $99.99 that fits the Med. All I was really trying to do here was to be able to remove the ConvEGGtor and grill as a single unit. Not sure I would use the elevated cooking area on my Med as I have a XL for more area if needed.

I need to run down to Ace Hardware for a touchy feely on this item.

yeah, that's what I thought too for my egg, and then I ended up with the elevated smaller SS grill as well. I would have saved money if I had bought the 5 piece set up in the first place.

The medium Conveggtor is too small in my opinion. Once I bought the CGS product and a 12” bge branded pizza stone, the Conveggtor has never been used again. 

If you go this route, buy the ceramic spacers from CGS as well.

My conveggtor has been parked since visiting the CGS store. The rack set up is so handy, slip in the stone for indirect or move the grate down for hot cooks, move it up and use a drip pan below. so many options.

Sometimes you can't see the forest because of the trees, I was researching this when I should have just opened my Med BGE, I already have a CGS Woo installed. Brain fart.

Doesn't hold the plate setter & grill but this is due to the BGE size.
