One Pan Chicken Thigh Dinner

Bought some bone-in chicken thighs, so tried to hunt down a recipe. Found this one on YouTube that looked pretty complete. https://youtu.be/7j7S2nJ_FyI?si=0LQApX0sc--5_KYQ

Started by “staging” the meal for easy cooking. Dried and seasoned the thighs, chopped the veg and arranged everything in batches, then reduced the sauce.

Not sure I would have survived this cook absent the Gestura, @Canugghead

Pic number six is the test of consistency. Widely known, but great trick, actually.

Nice cook, no comment on the Gestura but love that Kenmore. IIRC we had the same one, it was included with our house sale 35 years ago, I remember the rubber boot covering the most used button was torn. btw, you should have waited longer to be rewarded with free green onion to garnish the chicken.
Edit: missed pic#6 earlier, I have to remember that trick.

  • Deal over here was that we bought the home from a very longstanding owner. 🙂 Happy to have the old appliances because they sure seem to beat the absolute hell out of the newly manufactured items. 😂

I would put a serious hurt on that pan of groceries.  Beautiful cook.  Props for the left-handed spoon marketing around Xmas.   B)
