Prime Rib question

Hey folks, it’s been a while since I’ve been on or posted. If someone could help me with this question, I am going to trick it up and do a prime rib for Thanksgiving this year along with two turkey breast and a ham. We have some people that don’t like turkey or ham so I figured a prime rib would do just fine. My only concern is if dry aging in the refrigerator this early starting tonight. It’s only a two bone about 5 1/2 pounds. I don’t want it to dry out too much. What do you think?

I think Alton Brown recommended 4-5 days in the frig, wrapped in a triple layer of cheesecloth. Kind of a poor man's dry aging.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.
