Must try this holiday season | Butternut Squash Soup

While in Napa, Kelly and I went to Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc (https://thomaskeller.com/adhoc/ ). We were served his butternut squash recipe and this is very very good. 

If you have an opportunity to get this in front of your friends and family, do it.

    Came out great!  I added Serrano and used goat milk instead of crème fraiche.  Will definitely do again.
