Homemade Dehydrated Ramen Toppers

I’m a big fan of pho and just ramen in general. Saw a social media ad recently for “Ramen Bae”, which is apparently a company selling bulk dried ramen toppers.

Anyone ever take this upon yourself and keep a jar or two of homemade dried toppers on hand?  Was contemplating trying to make some for myself in order to take with me to work for better quality quick lunches. I can only imagine it could take ramen to another level. 🤔

i like dried mushrooms over fresh in some things. maybe pepper flakes or dry the guts of a fermented hot sauce
(ive done this before and used it as a salt in chili type stews dips etc)

the other things on that sight i would still go fresh. with regards to dried mushrooms, they probably still need to be soaked but worth a try

you can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
